In short
We deliver all over Pakistan within 5 working days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day. Cash on Delivery is available.
1. Delivery Time
- Karachi: usually 1–2 working days.
- Other cities: usually 2–4 working days.
- Maximum: all orders are delivered within 5 working days of order confirmation.
- Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM (Mon–Sat) are dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next working day.
- Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.
Rare delays can happen due to weather, strikes, courier issues or remote areas. If your order is delayed, we will inform you on WhatsApp or phone.

The final delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you place the order.
3. Order Confirmation
After you place an order, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm the address and items. Large or high-value orders are dispatched after confirmation.
4. Payment Options
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa
- Bank transfer
- Corporate accounts: Purchase Order (PO) with NTN tax invoice
5. Receiving Your Order
- Please check the parcel in front of the rider. If the box is clearly damaged, take a photo before opening.
- Report any damaged, wrong or missing item within 3 days — see our Return & Refund Policy.
- If nobody is available at the address, the courier will try again or contact you.
