1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the website www.corporatesupplies.com.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and corporate account holders.

2. About Us

Corporate Supplies & Solutions is a B2B office supplies company based in Karachi, Pakistan, operating since 2016. We supply stationery, office equipment, cleaning products, and related items to businesses, corporations, and institutions across Pakistan.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions, supplier pricing, or currency fluctuations.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in packaging.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or approved Purchase Order (for corporate accounts).
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and Purchase Orders from approved corporate clients.
• Corporate account holders must have an approved account before placing PO-based orders.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Minimum order values may apply for free delivery — currently PKR 5,000.

5. Delivery

• Delivery is available across Pakistan. Delivery times vary by location — typically 1–3 business days within Karachi and 3–7 days for other cities.
• Free delivery is available on orders above PKR 5,000 within Karachi.
• Delivery charges for other areas will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
• To initiate a return, contact us at sales@corporatesupplies.com.pk with your order details and photos of the issue.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
• Customised or specially ordered items are non-returnable.

7. Corporate Accounts

• Corporate accounts are subject to approval by our team.
• Approved corporate clients may place orders via Purchase Order (PO) with agreed credit terms.
• Payment terms for corporate accounts are as agreed in writing — typically 30 days net.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate corporate accounts for late payment or misuse.
• NTN tax invoices are provided for all corporate orders.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product images, text, and design — is the property of Corporate Supplies & Solutions or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corporate Supplies & Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
